GD150/300/450/600 Hard Candy Line(3rd generation)

It can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies with poor cindition. It has ability to save power, energy and space.

FEATURES:

1)       PLC /computer process control available;

2)       An LED touch panel for easy operating;

4)       The contacting food parts are made of hygienic Stainless Steel

5)       Optional (mass) flowing controlled by Frequency inverters ;

6)       In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;

7)       Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;

8)       One set of extra chocolate paste injection system for making chocolate-central candies(optional);

9)       Use  AUTOMATIC STEAM CONTROL SYSTEM instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the microfilm cooker;

10)  “two/three-color stripe depositing”, “two /three–color double layers depositing”, “central filling”, “clear” hard candies and etc. can be made.

11)  Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

40%  by T/T as the down payment, the balance shall be issued a  L/C at sight confirmed by the Seller's bank, and to be paid at the presentation of the shipping documents.

Testing & training:

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging ,and US$30.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 15 days.

Utilities:

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

WARRANTY:

The seller guarantee the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation . During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery ,the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer’s site for repairing and maintenance at FREE. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer need the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
